About us


Chuck Taylor obtained his Bachelors in History from West Virginia University in 2016.  He began his work in Criminal Justice in 2000, working for five years as a Correctional Officer at the Mt. Olive Correctional Complex.  Following his work at Mt. Olive, he worked with troubled youth placed out of the home at Burlington United Methodist Family Services for six years, before returning to state employment as a Correctional Counselor at Gene Spadaro Juvenile Center in 2011.  In 2014, he became a Community Resource Coordinator, dealing with the aftercare needs of juveniles committed to the West Virginia Division of Juvenile Services from Fayette, Nicholas, Raleigh, Greenbrier, and Pocahontas Counties.  In June 2016, he began working for the Fayette County Youth Reporting Center as the Director.
