About us



Bradley Goddard was born and raised in New Martinsville, West Virginia and graduated from Paden City High School in 1989.  He enlisted in the United States Army when he was 17 years old and completed Basic Training between his junior and senior years of high school.
He then completed his Advanced Individual Training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. He served as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Clinic at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama for 3 years.  He was certified as both an Emergency Medical Technician and a Veterinary Technician. After being honorably discharged, he used his management experience to become employed as a Retail Area Manager for 8 years at Meijer in Lexington, Kentucky. He relocated back to West Virginia in 2004 and attended WVU Parkersburg, where he received his Regents Bachelor of Arts in 2007.

Mr. Goddard was employed for 3 years in the West Virginia Division of Corrections before transferring to the Division of Juvenile Services in March of 2015 as a Corrections Counselor II at the Wood County Youth Reporting Center. In April of 2016, he returned to his hometown after being promoted to Case Manager at The Wetzel Tyler Youth Reporting Center.  Mr. Goddard is a present member of: the Tyler County Mental Health Steering Committee, The Tyler County Family Resource Network Committee, The Wetzel County Family Resource Network Committee, and the Wetzel/Tyler County Pre-Petition Review Team.
