Wood County

Jacqueline Martin, Director of the Wood County Youth Reporting Center graduated from Glenville State College with a Bachelors of Arts in Education in 1991.  Ms. Martin began her career teaching in Wood County for Options Alternative School.  Ms. Martin moved from the alternative learning environment to the public schools of Wood County as a Truancy Diversion Social Worker under a grant provided through Children’s Home Society of West Virginia.  Following grant changes, Ms. Martin then worked as a case manager for Westbrook Health Services Substance Abuse Division focusing on both youth and adults.  Martin also did case management with Chronically Mentally Ill Adults before returning to work with the youth population as a Youth Engagement Specialist under the BBHHF Youth Services Grant.  Ms. Martin began working as the director of the Wood County Youth Reporting Center in December 2015.
